Penis enlargement methods are generally available in two forms, these been either surgical or non surgical. Below we have included general and widely available information, however this should not be taken as being authoritative or as medical advice. If you are considering any form of penis enlargement, you should seek professional medical advice and independently research any method or product before use.
Surgical Methods:
To cover briefly, there is little independently verified data available on the effectiveness and success rate of penis enlargement though surgical methods. Private clinics can advertise penis enlargement procedures, and make extravagant and misleading claims about their results.
However, surgery to increase either length or girth, or even both can be of benefit to some men, but certainly not all of them.
Current cosmetic surgical procedures are largely unproven by research, unreliable in their benefits, and may carry the risk of serious complications. Urologists generally consider this type of surgery to be still experimental in nature, and not a standard procedure. The most common technique to lengthen the penis is to cut its suspensory ligament then perform plastic surgery to provide additional skin to cover its new length. The draw back with this is the suspensory ligament is responsible for the penis 'standing to attention' as to say, so following this surgical procedure, you end up with an erect penis that points downwards (or where ever gravity takes it) instead.
Non Surgical Methods:
The non surgical penis enlargement methods can be categorised in to three areas which are penis pumps, pills/creams and natural/exercise methods.
The main question you are probably asking is 'do they work?'
If you believe the thousands of testimonials you can find on the web and elsewhere from men who have tried them, then yes, they do. There are even reputable magazines that have done reviews on some of these methods and ended up with favourable write ups.
How much of an effect they can have and how long they take to work can vary from one person to another, and there will always be some people that it does not work for.
Penis Pumps
Penis pumps work by placing the penis inside a tube and then using a vacuum pump to suck the air out. These are the most popular device for penis enlargement. Whilst increasing the blood flow and providing an immediate erection, the more permanent enlargement effects can take several months of regular use. Penis pumps can also come with built in vibrator units which allow for masturbation use. The effectiveness can vary greatly with price as the tubes, pumps, vibrators and other parts will differ considerable. To see our range of penis pumps click here.
Penis Enlargement Pills & Creams
With any wonder pill or cream released in to the market, there will always be claims of great proven success. We are not going to either promote or discredit these claims as we don't have the evidence either way, but what is widely believed is that some of the chemicals and herbs used, do actually posses qualities that can increase libido or promote bigger, harder erections by increasing the blood flow through the penis. Some of the products are promoted by suggesting combine use with a penis pump or other method, but as before, until authoritative research has been carried out on any of these products, it is difficult to arrive at any real conclusion. Natural / Exercise Methods
There has been quite an explosion recently of companies offering penis development methods based around exercise programs, some combined with supplements as well. Generally these programs require regular (usually daily) exercise routine and are subject to the same claims as all the other methods, although the majority of reports found indicate that it can take months of routines and as always there will be some it does not work for. Generally they are sold through websites or newspaper ads and can be quite expensive, with some having even more hidden costs after the initial purchase of the plan.
With all the above methods mentioned, the best way you are going to know if the product can work or not, is to carry out your own in depth research on the product.
